Community Guidelines (Code of Conduct)

DealRockets is a global B2B marketplace operated by Daz Commerce, designed to facilitate secure, transparent, and professional interactions between Buyers, Suppliers, and Job Seekers. By using this platform, all users agree to comply with the following Community Guidelines, which form an integral part of the DealRockets Terms of Service.

1. Professionalism & User Conduct

DealRockets is a professional trading and recruitment environment. Users are expected to behave with integrity, courtesy, and honesty at all times.

1.1 Respectful Communication

• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Any form of harassment, bullying, defamation, intimidation, or personal attacks is strictly prohibited.

• Discrimination: Hate speech or discriminatory language based on race, color, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, nationality, age, or any legally protected status is forbidden.

• Abusive Behavior: Repeatedly contacting users after being asked to stop, or attempting to coerce, pressure, or threaten another user, will result in account suspension or permanent removal.

1.2 Privacy & Data Protection

• No Phishing or Fraud: Users may not request passwords, login credentials, bank details, or any other sensitive personal information.

• No Malicious Links: Distribution of malware, harmful scripts, deceptive links, or files containing viruses is prohibited.

• Data Use: Users must comply with applicable privacy laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and any jurisdiction-specific data protection requirements.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

• Users must provide truthful, accurate, and current information in their profiles, listings, job postings, and communications.

• Misrepresentation of identity, company affiliation, certifications, or product sourcing is grounds for removal.

2. Anti-Spam & Fair Messaging Policy

To ensure platform integrity and prevent abuse:

2.1 Inquiry Limits

• Sending large volumes of duplicate or copy-pasted inquiries within a short timeframe may result in automated restrictions, temporary suspension, or removal.

• Automated scraping, bulk-messaging tools, or AI bots used to mass-message users are prohibited without written authorization.

2.2 Unsolicited Marketing

• Suppliers may not use the Reply or Message function to promote unrelated products, services, or external websites.

• Posting promotional content where it is not relevant (e.g., in job listings, tradeshow reviews) is prohibited.

2.3 Marketplace Integrity Clause

• Users may not attempt to artificially inflate visibility or engagement of their products through fake inquiries, coordinated spam, or fraudulent interactions.

3. Recruitment Etiquette (Jobs Section)

DealRockets maintains a fair, ethical hiring environment.

3.1 Obligations of Employers

• Employers may not request any kind of payment, deposit, training fee, or purchase of materials as a condition for applying or being hired.

• Job postings must clearly describe role responsibilities, compensation (where allowed by law), location, and required qualifications.

• Employers must comply with applicable labor, anti-discrimination, and recruitment laws in their jurisdiction.

3.2 Obligations of Applicants

• Applicants must provide truthful resumes, qualifications, and credentials.

• Submission of forged documents, impersonation, or use of fake references is prohibited.

• Applicants should only apply to positions for which they hold valid work authorization unless the employer explicitly states that visa sponsorship is available.

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Employers and applicants are forbidden from sharing discriminatory job criteria or participating in hiring practices that violate labor laws.

4. Tradeshow & Event Conduct

DealRockets hosts event listings and community reviews.

4.1 Authentic Reviews

• Users may only post reviews for tradeshows or events they have personally attended.

• Fabricating reviews, hiring third parties to post fabricated reviews, or manipulating ratings to artificially influence public perception is prohibited.

4.2 Conflict of Interest Disclosure

• Users with financial or professional ties to an event organizer must disclose potential conflicts when posting reviews or commentary.

5. Compliance, Monitoring & Enforcement

5.1 Platform Monitoring

Daz Commerce reserves the right to monitor communications, listings, and activity on DealRockets to ensure compliance with platform policies and applicable laws. Monitoring is performed in accordance with privacy regulations.

5.2 Violations & Penalties

Consequences for violating these guidelines may include:

• Warning notices

• Temporary account suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Restriction of messaging or listing privileges

• Reporting to legal authorities (in cases involving fraud, threats, or criminal activity)

Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Daz Commerce.

5.3 Legal Compliance Requirement

Users agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including (but not limited to):

• Export control and trade compliance laws

• Anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-bribery regulations

• Data protection and privacy laws

• Consumer protection statutes
  Violations may result in legal action.

6. Reporting Violations

Every user profile includes a “Report This User” button. Users are encouraged to report:

• Fraudulent behavior

• Security risks

• Harassment or abusive conduct

• Inaccurate or misleading product or job information

• Violations of any community guidelines

Daz Commerce investigates all reports within 48 hours and may request additional information from the reporting party or the user under review.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Daz Commerce is not responsible for contractual disputes, payment issues, product quality disagreements, or employment outcomes arising from interactions between users.

• Users engage with each other at their own risk and are responsible for conducting due diligence, including verifying supplier legitimacy, product quality, and job authenticity.

• Daz Commerce reserves the right to modify or update these guidelines at any time, with notice provided to users where required.
