This Product Listing & Prohibited Items Policy (“Policy”) outlines the categories of goods that may not be listed, promoted, or exchanged on the DealRockets platform (“Platform”). It applies to all Suppliers, Buyers, manufacturers, service providers, and other users (“Users”) who engage in commercial activities on DealRockets.
Daz Commerce is committed to ensuring that DealRockets remains a safe, lawful, transparent, and professional global B2B marketplace. Users are required to comply with this Policy, the DealRockets Terms of Use, and all applicable domestic and international laws.
The purpose of this Policy is to:
Protect Users from illegal, unsafe, or fraudulent products.
Comply with international trade regulations, sanctions, and industry standards.
Maintain the reputation and operational integrity of the DealRockets Platform.
Reduce legal and commercial risks associated with prohibited or restricted goods.
Daz Commerce maintains a zero-tolerance approach to violations of this Policy.
Users may not list, promote, request, inquire about, or otherwise engage in transactions involving any of the items below. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, removal of listings, and potential reporting to authorities.
Including but not limited to:
Narcotics, controlled substances, synthetic drugs.
Drug precursors or chemicals regulated under international conventions.
Equipment primarily intended for manufacturing, processing, or consuming narcotics (e.g., pill presses, crack pipes).
Including:
Firearms (handguns, rifles, shotguns), ammunition, silencers, firearm components.
Military-grade weaponry, explosives, detonators, landmines, grenades.
High-risk chemicals or components intended for explosives manufacturing.
Dual-use items controlled under export regulations unless properly licensed (see Restricted Items section).
Including:
Pornography (digital or physical formats).
Sexually explicit imagery or media.
Adult toys, fetish equipment, or services of a sexual nature.
This includes any product deemed inappropriate for a professional B2B environment.
Including:
Radioactive substances.
Toxic industrial waste or improperly handled hazardous materials.
Chemicals banned under international conventions such as the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) or Stockholm Convention.
Pesticides or chemicals prohibited by domestic or international regulatory bodies.
Including:
Human organs, body parts, blood, or tissue.
Embryos, genetic materials, or medical specimens not approved by law.
Wildlife parts banned under CITES, including ivory, rhino horn, certain reptile skins, protected marine species, etc.
Including:
Goods obtained through theft, fraud, illegal diversion, or unauthorized resale.
Tampered, counterfeit, or falsified certifications, documents, serial numbers, or barcodes.
Certain products may be listed only if the Supplier provides valid, verifiable, government-issued licenses or compliance documentation. Daz Commerce reserves the right to deny any listing that does not meet these requirements.
Suppliers must provide:
FDA (U.S.), CE (Europe), or equivalent governing health authority certification.
Proof of manufacturing compliance (e.g., ISO 13485).
Any required export or import approvals for cross-border transactions.
Suppliers must submit:
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Export control licenses for dual-use or sensitive chemicals.
Proof of compliance with REACH, TSCA, WHMIS, or similar regional regulations.
Suppliers must provide:
Government-issued manufacturing, distribution, and export licenses.
Compliance documentation for health warnings and labeling standards.
Documents proving age-restriction compliance in the country of origin.
Items with both civilian and military applications (e.g., certain electronics, software, optical tools) may require:
Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN).
Country-specific dual-use permits.
Screening against sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC, EU Restrictive Measures).
To maintain a credible and transparent marketplace, Users must ensure all product listings are accurate, truthful, and non-deceptive.
Users
may not use misleading tags, metadata, or keywords to manipulate
search results.
Example: Tagging a chair
with “iPhone,
laptop, electronics, gaming”
is strictly prohibited.
Products
must be listed in the appropriate industry
category.
Misclassification—whether intentional or
negligent—may result in listing removal or account action.
Listings must display:
A realistic FOB (Free on Board) price range.
Accurate MOQ (minimum order quantity) information.
Honest product attributes and specifications.
Prohibited practices:
Listing a product at $0.01 or similarly unrealistic pricing to increase visibility.
Hiding required charges or misleading buyers about total costs.
Displaying false images or branding to impersonate a known manufacturer.
Daz Commerce may take any of the following actions at its sole discretion:
Immediate suspension or permanent banning of accounts.
Removal of non-compliant listings.
Request for additional documentation or verification.
Reporting illegal activity to relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
Geo-blocking or restricting listings from high-risk regions.
Conducting periodic audits or requesting certification renewals.
Users agree to cooperate fully during any compliance review.
Users are fully responsible for:
Ensuring their listings comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Maintaining valid documentation for restricted items.
Verifying the legality of cross-border transactions.
Any civil, criminal, or regulatory penalties resulting from their listings.
Daz Commerce assumes no liability for products listed by Users but reserves the right to intervene when policy violations occur.
If a User observes a listing that may violate this Policy, they should report it immediately to:
