DealRockets operates strictly as a passive technological intermediary. The Platform serves solely as an online venue for information exchange and user-to-user connection.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Daz Commerce is not a party to any agreement, contract, or commercial relationship formed between Users (including Buyers, Suppliers, Job Seekers, Employers, or Exhibitors).

For clarity of legal standing, Daz Commerce expressly declares:

• Not a Manufacturer:
  We do not design, produce, assemble, store, test, or inspect any goods listed on the Platform, nor do we control the safety, legality, or quality of User-provided listings.

• Not a Distributor or Logistics Provider:
  We do not warehouse, package, ship, deliver, or coordinate logistics for any goods, and we do not issue transport documents or handle customs processes.

• Not an Agent, Broker, or Representative:
  We do not negotiate terms, enter contracts on behalf of Users, or represent either party in any transaction. No agency, joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship is created between you and Daz Commerce.

• Not a Financial Institution or Escrow Service:
  We do not collect, process, safeguard, or mediate payments. All financial transactions occur off-platform and independently of our systems.

2. No Endorsement of Content or Users

Although we may use third-party verification services, Daz Commerce does not endorse, warrant, or guarantee any User, company, or product.

2.1 Meaning of “Verified” Status

Badges such as “Verified,” “Gold,” or “Premium” indicate only that certain business documentation was validated at a specific moment in time.

These badges do not represent:

• any guarantee of product quality, performance, or safety,

• financial stability or operational capacity,

• ethical or legal compliance, or

• the authenticity of the User’s stated identity.

2.2 User-Generated Content

All product descriptions, images, technical files, and company information are entirely user-submitted.
Daz Commerce does not audit content for accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, legality, or copyright compliance.

3. Off-Platform Risk Declaration (Assumption of Risk)

All commercial, employment, and networking interactions initiated on DealRockets are completed entirely off-platform.
By using the Platform, you knowingly assume all risks associated with interacting with other Users.

3.1 Commercial and Financial Risks

Daz Commerce shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Fraud or Scam Activity:
  Including phishing, fake accounts, or non-delivery after payment.

• Shipment Failures:
  Including delays, partial deliveries, or complete non-performance.

• Quality Disputes:
  Including defects, non-conformance to samples/specifications, or counterfeit products.

• Contract Breaches:
  Including pricing violations, Incoterms disputes, exclusivity breaches, or repudiated agreements.

3.2 Product Liability and Safety

Daz Commerce has no involvement in the production or supply chain of any goods. We are not liable for:

• bodily injury, property damage, consequential damage, or death caused by products;

• regulatory non-compliance, including CE, UL, FDA, REACH, or other standards;

• labeling, certification, or safety failures.

3.3 User Due Diligence Obligations

You bear full responsibility for:

• conducting factory audits and supplier verification,

• using secure payment methods (e.g., L/C, escrow),

• verifying certifications directly with issuing bodies,

• performing technical due diligence.

4. Jobs and Recruitment Disclaimer

DealRockets provides a venue for posting job vacancies and resumes.
We are not a staffing agency, recruiter, employer, or employment intermediary.

• We do not verify the legality or authenticity of job postings.

• We do not vet candidates, conduct background checks, or validate credentials.

• We do not guarantee any hiring outcome, interview, or offer.

• We accept no responsibility for workplace disputes, unpaid wages, harassment, wrongful termination, immigration issues, or any employment-related harm.

5. Tradeshow and Events Disclaimer

When DealRockets provides event information or registration links for third-party tradeshows:

• Event Organizer Control:
  Events are controlled entirely by independent organizers.

• No Liability for Cancellations or Force Majeure:
  We are not responsible for losses relating to cancellations, postponements, pandemics, weather events, political unrest, or organizer insolvency.

• Accuracy Not Guaranteed:
