This Advertising & Promotion Policy (“Policy”) governs all advertising services provided by Daz Commerce (“we,” “us,” “our”) on the DealRockets Platform (“Platform”). All Advertisers, including Suppliers and Third Parties, agree to abide by this Policy when purchasing or utilizing promotional services such as Sponsored Listings, Banner Ads, Featured Posts, Homepage Ads, Top Ranking Slots, or any other promotional product offered by DealRockets (“Advertising Services”).

By purchasing or using Advertising Services, the Advertiser (“you,” “your”) acknowledges and agrees that this Policy forms part of the binding agreement between you and Daz Commerce.


1. SCOPE OF THE POLICY

1.1 Covered Advertising Formats
This Policy applies to all paid promotional formats offered on DealRockets, including but not limited to:

  • Sponsored product listings

  • Sponsored supplier profiles

  • Banner advertisements (static or animated)

  • Homepage or category-level feature placements

  • Top Ranking” search result positions

  • Email newsletter advertisements

  • Off-platform promotional distribution (e.g., social media reposting)

1.2 User Types Covered
This Policy applies to:

  • Suppliers with paid promotions

  • External agencies advertising on behalf of Suppliers

  • Third-party advertisers promoting events, tools, or services related to B2B trade


2. ADVERTISING CONTENT STANDARDS

2.1 Accuracy & Truthfulness
Advertisers must ensure that all ad content, including text, images, videos, and claims:

  • Accurately represent the product or service

  • Do not mislead or deceive Buyers

  • Do not contain unverified claims (e.g., “FDA Approved,” “ISO Certified,” “Best Price Guaranteed”) unless such claims can be substantiated

Prohibited:

  • Fake certifications or seals

  • False urgency or countdown timers

  • Clickbait” formats mimicking system notifications or misleading buttons (e.g., “Download,” “Fix Virus”)

2.2 Visual Quality Requirements

  • All ads must meet minimum technical standards for resolution, clarity, and formatting.

  • Excessive watermarks, pixelation, compression artifacts, or amateur design may result in rejection.

  • Daz Commerce reserves the right to adjust formatting for consistency (e.g., resizing).

2.3 Prohibited Content
Ads may not contain:

  • Pornographic, violent, or offensive imagery

  • Illegal or counterfeit goods

  • Political or religious messages

  • Infringing content (copyright, trademark, patent, likeness rights)

  • Malware, spyware, or redirecting scripts

  • Unapproved health or medical claims

2.4 Competitor Attacks
Advertisers may not:

  • Disparage, criticize, or imply wrongdoing by competitors

  • Use competitor trademarks in a misleading or comparative manner

  • Run ads impersonating another Supplier or business

2.5 Language & Cultural Compliance
Ads must avoid discriminatory, defamatory, or culturally insensitive content in any language.


3. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITY

3.1 Legal Responsibility
Advertisers bear full legal responsibility for all advertising content. This includes:

  • Product accuracy

  • IP rights

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Truthfulness of claims

3.2 Indemnification
Advertisers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless
Daz Commerce, its directors, employees, and affiliates from all claims, damages, penalties, or legal expenses arising from:

  • misleading ads

  • false claims or omissions

  • intellectual property violations

  • regulatory or legal non-compliance

  • consumer complaints or lawsuits

3.3 Regulatory Compliance
Advertisers must comply with all applicable:

  • advertising laws

  • consumer protection laws

  • import/export regulations

  • labeling requirements

  • safety standards applicable to their products

Daz Commerce is not responsible for verifying regulatory compliance.


4. REVIEW, APPROVAL & REJECTION OF ADS

4.1 Right to Review
All ads are subject to review by Daz Commerce prior to or during publication.

4.2 Right to Reject or Remove
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, modify, or remove any advertisement at any time if:

  • it violates this Policy or our Terms of Service

  • it generates complaints or poses legal risk

  • it harms UX, SEO, or platform integrity

  • it contains inaccurate claims, low-quality elements, or unsafe links

4.3 No Obligation to Explain
While we aim to provide reasons when rejecting ads, we are not legally obligated to justify removal decisions.


5. REFUND POLICY FOR ADVERTISING SERVICES

5.1 Cancellations

  • Advertisers may cancel ads with a minimum of 7 days’ written notice.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or support ticket.

5.2 No Refund for Partially Used Services
If service delivery has commenced, Daz Commerce is not required to provide refunds for:

  • partially served campaigns

  • remaining unused days

  • unused impressions or slots

5.3 Performance Disclaimer
The Advertiser understands and agrees:

  • DealRockets does not guarantee clicks, impressions, inquiries, conversions, or sales.

  • No refunds will be issued for “low performance,” low CTR, or insufficient buyer engagement.

5.4 Technical Downtime
In the event of platform downtime, Daz Commerce may, at its discretion, extend the campaign duration.
Such remedies are
optional and not guaranteed.


6. LABELING & TRANSPARENCY REQUIREMENTS

6.1 Sponsored Labeling
All paid promotional placements will be clearly marked as one of the following:

  • "Sponsored"

  • "Ad"

  • "Featured"

  • "Promoted"

  • "Top Ranking (Paid)"

6.2 Separation of Organic & Paid Content
Paid placements will not be disguised as organic search results.

6.3 Compliance With Advertising Transparency Laws
We comply with global standards such as:

  • FTC Advertising Guidelines (U.S.)

  • ASCI (India)

  • ASA (UK)

  • EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive


7. DATA USAGE & TRACKING

7.1 Tracking Metrics
Daz Commerce may track:

  • impressions

  • clicks

  • engagement metrics

  • user interactions

for the purpose of reporting and optimization.

7.2 Data Privacy
All data collection is governed by the
DealRockets Privacy Policy.
Advertisers may not receive personally identifiable information (PII) unless explicitly permitted by law and user consent.


8. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION OF AD RIGHTS

Daz Commerce reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate advertising privileges if:

  • ads violate this Policy

  • the Advertiser engages in fraud

  • invoices or fees remain unpaid

  • the Advertiser harms platform integrity

  • the Advertiser misuses buyer data

Refunds may be withheld in cases of misconduct.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 Advertiser IP Warranty
The Advertiser warrants that all submitted content:

  • is owned or properly licensed

  • does not infringe third-party rights

  • does not violate copyright or trademark laws

9.2 License Granted to Daz Commerce
By submitting ad content, the Advertiser grants Daz Commerce a:
worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license
to reproduce, display, distribute, and modify ad materials solely for:

  • running the campaign

  • optimizing ad performance

  • showcasing examples in marketing or case studies


10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daz Commerce is not liable for:

  • lost profits

  • lost business opportunities

  • sales fluctuations

  • reputational harm

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • errors in ad delivery not caused by gross negligence

Maximum liability is limited to the total advertising fee paid in the preceding 90 days.


11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction].

Any disputes relating to advertising services shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City].


12. AMENDMENTS

Daz Commerce may update or modify this Policy at any time.
