The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new suppliers, attracting buyers, promoting products listed on the platform, generating leads, and increasing marketplace engagement across various industries. ## Key Responsibilities ### Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding * Identify and approach manufacturers, exporters, traders, and suppliers worldwide. * Introduce DEALrockets.com marketplace services and benefits. * Assist suppliers in registration and product listing processes. * Coordinate with the Supplier Onboarding Team to ensure successful account activation. * Maintain a database of potential suppliers and follow up regularly. ### Buyer Acquisition * Reach out to importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and procurement professionals. * Promote products and sourcing opportunities available on the platform. * Encourage buyers to register and submit buying requirements. * Generate qualified buyer inquiries for listed suppliers. ### Promotional Activities * Conduct email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn outreach. * Promote marketplace listings through social media and industry groups. * Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, business networking events, and online forums. * Create awareness about DEALrockets.com features and services. ### Lead Generation & Business Development * Generate new business leads from domestic and international markets. * Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into active platform users. * Identify new industry segments and market opportunities. * Support the sales team in achieving user acquisition targets. ### Relationship Management * Build long-term relationships with suppliers and buyers. * Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic platform-related queries. * Collect market feedback and competitor insights. ### Reporting * Maintain records of outreach activities and lead status. * Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports. * Track supplier registrations, buyer registrations, and lead conversions. ## Required Skills * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development. * Knowledge of international trade, import-export, or e-commerce marketplaces is preferred. * Proficiency in LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools. * Self-motivated and target-driven personality. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. ## Qualification * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or related field. * 1-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or supplier acquisition. ## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Number of new suppliers onboarded per month. * Number of active buyers registered. * Number of products uploaded on the platform. * Leads generated and converted. * Supplier and buyer retention rate. * Monthly marketplace growth and engagement metrics. ## Benefits * Competitive salary and performance incentives. * Career growth opportunities in international trade and e-commerce. * Exposure to global suppliers and buyers. * Flexible working environment.
